* Offer additional work as required, effectively overcoming objections
* Proactively foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role is highly desirable, along with experience in banking, real estate, or other customer-facing industries
* Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
* A proactive approach, presenting professionally with a polished appearance
* Experience working within a department that utilizes KPIs (key performance indicators)
* Ability to sell additional work as required, effectively overcoming objections
