Overview
I'm partnering with a large, enterprise organisation undergoing a significant uplift across its IT portfolio, with a strong focus on People & Culture (P&C) systems.
This role requires a high-calibre Senior Project Manager with proven delivery experience across SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation programs.
The Opportunity
You'll sit within a high-performing delivery function, working alongside a team of Senior PMs aligned to key business domains. This role will lead end-to-end delivery of HR system initiatives and is a hands-on delivery role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full lifecycle delivery across SAP SuccessFactors initiatives and broader HR systems
* Partner closely with People & Culture and Legal stakeholders to drive outcomes
* Manage multiple workstreams, vendors and internal teams
* Own delivery governance, RAID, financials, and reporting
* Drive strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology
* Ensure successful transition into business-as-usual and adoption
Core experience
* 10-15+ years Project Management experience
* Proven track record delivering SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR-related programs
* Strong background in application delivery/system implementation
* Experience partnering with P&C (HR) functions is essential
* Exposure to payroll and broader SAP suite highly regarded
* Comfortable managing multi-stream projects
Credentials
* Formal PM certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
* Demonstrated experience delivering transformation initiatives end-to-end
