About the Company:
My client, a large construction subcontractor who work across Melbourne for many years. They have been supplying quality services and products across the construction sector. They offer a collaborative environment promoting a positive culture. They are looking for Accounts Assistant or Snr Accounts Officer to join their busy office's.
About the position:
Reporting into the CFO, you will be an integral part of the team. Being responsible for all bookkeeping, payroll and accountant requirements including;
end to end payroll, superannuation & payroll tax
Reconciliations
BAS Payments
General admin duties
AR & AP
Preparing invoices
General ledger reconciliation
Previous experience:
Have a good understanding & experience in the above duties
Min of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record
Solid communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail and exceptional time management is a must!
Self-motivated with the ability to work with a close-knit team
