Responsibilities
* Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and partner referrals, ensuring high‐intent prospects are fast‐tracked to our Account Executives.
* Run outbound prospecting to target accounts in key verticals such as manufacturing, construction, food & beverage, and more, using multi‐channel outreach including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Book qualified meetings for Account Executives that convert into real pipeline and revenue.
* Develop deep knowledge of our Ideal Customer Profile, buyer personas, and the value of AR automation to CFOs, Financial Controllers, and AR Managers.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and share frontline insights that sharpen our go‐to‐market strategy.
Qualifications
* Based in Australia, with the right to work.
* 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation (inbound & outbound), or a customer‐facing role; SaaS/Finance experience is a plus.
* At least 1 year experience with accounting systems/ERPs such as Xero, NetSuite, MYOB, Payments/Fintech, or SaaS companies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable cold‐calling and writing punchy, clear emails.
* Organised, self‐motivated, and able to manage a high‐volume workload without losing focus on quality.
* Curious and coachable; ask good questions, take feedback on board, and want to get better every week.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) and prospecting tools is a bonus.
* Demonstrated history of consistent, quantifiable achievements in previous roles.
