Full-Time Nanny - Farm Family - Now Hiring
Location: Mornington Peninsula
Start Date: 29th January 2026
Pay Rate: Based on experience (includes superannuation)
Flourish Babysitting agency is looking for an experienced, reliable nanny to support a busy family with 5 primary school-aged children. This is an ongoing role, 5 days a week, offering a unique opportunity to work on a beautiful farm with horses and other animals.
Role includes:
* Driving children to activities
* Helping with after-school routines
* Preparing dinners
* Supporting children with homework and play
* 3.00pm to 8.00pm
Requirements:
* Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, childcare, or similar
* A genuine love for children
* Strong communication and reliability
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* First Aid/CPR certificate
* Police Check
* x3 References
* Mandatory Training Certificate
* Driver's licence and reliable car
Pay: $36–$40/hour (includes superannuation)
