We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to lead the technical re-engineering of our Order Management systems. This is an initial 6-month contract with a clear strategic roadmap for extension. The Project Our client is embarking on a major greenfield implementation and re-engineering project, moving legacy processes into ServiceNow Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT). You won’t just be maintaining a system; you will be architecting the future of how they deliver connectivity across the nation. Your Key Responsibilities OMT Implementation: End-to-end configuration and development of the ServiceNow OMT module. Workflow Re-engineering: Deconstruct complex legacy order journeys and rebuild them into streamlined, automated workflows. Integration Excellence: Design and develop robust integrations between ServiceNow and our broader telecommunications OSS/BSS landscape. Technical Leadership: Provide subject matter expertise on OMT best practices, ensuring scalable and maintainable code. What We’re Looking For Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated ServiceNow development experience. Domain Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications). Technical Depth: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Problem Solvers: Experience in large-scale "Transformation" or "Re-engineering" projects rather than just "Business as Usual" (BAU) support. Communication: The ability to translate complex technical requirements into business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
