**The Role**:
As a Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take on multiple responsibilities. You will navigate our online sales and marketing efforts into unexplored territories, managing a talented team of five and coordinating with external agencies. Ready to implement strategies that increase conversions, boost revenue, and drive traffic?
**What You'll Do**:
- **Website Captaincy**: Manage the day-to-day digital operations of our website, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth sailing.
- **Content Cartography**: Plan and schedule content meticulously. Oversee everything from blog posts to product listings, ensuring all content is on-brand, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
- **Copywriting Oversight**: Ensure all written content aligns with our brand's voice and visuals.
- **Technical Watch**: Maintain website functionality and swiftly resolve any issues.
- **Digital Marketing Mastery**: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, including PPC, SEO, and social media.
- **Analytics Adventurer**: Use tools like Google Analytics to dive deep into data, extracting insights to optimize our marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, inspire, and manage your team effectively, setting clear goals and ensuring everyone is skilled, challenged, and motivated.
