The Opportunity
They are seeking a
Senior Corporate Development Manager
to join the team and play a pivotal role in advancing projects from early-stage ideation through to financial close. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple work streams - spanning project development, commercial structuring, investment evaluation, and transaction execution - within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate multiple corporate development work streams across the project lifecycle, from concept to execution.
* Evaluate investment opportunities, prepare business cases, and support project financing and partnership processes.
* Manage commercial negotiations and support the structuring of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), joint ventures, and other key commercial contracts.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including development, legal, finance, and engineering to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
* Contribute to the refinement of corporate growth strategies, market analysis, and new business initiatives.
* Oversee financial modelling and due diligence activities to support investment and board approvals.
About You
* Ideally 10+ years' experience in corporate development, investments, project finance, or a related commercial function within the energy, infrastructure, or utilities sector.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience managing complex transactions.
* Familiarity with power purchase agreements and renewable project structuring is highly desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
