Job Description:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CE implementation and enhancements.Translate business requirements into test scenarios and test cases that align with quality engineering best practices and framework.Lead and oversee the testing efforts for Dynamics 365 CE applications, forms, workflows, and plugins to ensure they meet business needs and adhere to best practices.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.Perform data migrations testing through functional validation and integrations with other systems, ensuring data integrity and security through rigorous testing.Provide guidance and support to junior team members and end-users on testing methodologies, best practices, and Dynamics 365 CE functionality.Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements to the testing process.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful 365 CE projects are delivered on time and within budget. Customer is looking for following traits with the candidateTest Management:** A self-starter capable of managing a complex testing program, from developing the test strategy to reporting to challenging customer stakeholders.Stakeholder Management:** Ability to handle all types of stakeholders, especially those with strong opinions, and to advocate for best practices in testing.People Management:** Proven ability to lead a team to success.Risk Management Highlight risk, issues and ensure quality gates are maintained across program life cycleEnd to End delivery - Should focus end to end test delivery (SIT, UAT, Production cutover, Post implementation monitoring)
