Job Role
The Adult Community Service Team provides mental health interventions through various community programs. This role delivers administrative support to ensure the optimal delivery of clinical services.
This includes maintaining professional approach, integrity and confidentiality of health data at all times, providing first point-of-call telephone response service for patients, relatives, General Practitioners, Emergency Services, Hospitals and Mental Health Services statewide and interstate.
* Maintain accurate records, perform routine tasks, and maintain effective administrative systems relating to business processes.
* Assist in implementing performance reports and provide operational assistance as required.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
* High level interpersonal communication skills, able to convey information succinctly.
* High level experience in Microsoft Office software, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy.
* Operate a range of software programs efficiently, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to deliver high quality presentations and reports.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, while maintaining professionalism and tact at all times.
