Selection Criteria:
* Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award, eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW); and demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.
* Demonstrated core competency skills in social work interventions, particularly related to supporting consumers experiencing mental health concerns.
* Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.
* Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence based practice, commensurate with years of experience.
* Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.
* Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement processes and teaching, commensurate with years of experience.
* Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.
* Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
