St Paul’s Catholic College, Booragul is seeking a Permanent, Full time Secondary Biology/ Chemistry/ Science/ Mathematics Teacher, commencing January 2026.

Hours and expectations align with the NSW Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2023.
Responsibilities
- Teach Biology, Chemistry, General Science and Mathematics to secondary level, with the ability to teach Stage 6 Biology and Stage 4 & 5 Mathematics, as applicable.
- Develop and deliver contemporary, compliant teaching programs and assessments that meet diverse student needs; differentiate learning and implement effective assessment practices.
- Implement Catholic ethos and contribute to a faith-filled educational experience; collaborate with staff and the wider community to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Differentiate instruction, use data to optimize learning outcomes, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Four-year trained teacher qualification
- Active NESA Accreditation
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Completion of anaphylaxis and CPR training
Experience / Criteria
- Clear understanding of and commitment to Catholic Education and the school’s ethos
- Ability to plan and prepare contemporary teaching programs and assessments across nominated areas
- Experience using assessment data to improve educational outcomes
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and the wider community
- Innovative, adaptable mindset supporting continuous school improvement
- Stage 6 Biology and capacity to teach Mathematics (Stages 4 & 5)
