We specialise in all aspects of Forklift Rental, Equipment Sales, Customer Service, and Repairs.
Due to our ongoing success, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate team player to join our Rental Operations Team.
About the Role
Join our dynamic team as the go-to expert for our valued customers’ short-term rental needs! Based at our vibrant Luscombe branch and reporting to the Rental Manager, this role places you at the heart of a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships while coordinating rental activities and managing key administrative tasks with confidence and efficiency.
In addition to supporting day-to-day rental operations, you’ll also be conducting customer and site visits to maintain trusted partnerships and identify new business opportunities. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Managing customer inquiries and action requests
* Conducting customer and site visits to maintain existing relationships and develop new business opportunities
* Generating rental and transport quotes
* Performing general administration duties, including generating hire agreements and purchase orders
* Organising and coordinating transport
* Providing after-hours phone support
* Asset management and procurement
* Increasing brand awareness within the community, including social media
To be successful, you will need to:
* Have sales experience working towards targets and KPIs (experience within the Hire Industry is advantageous)
* Be able to work autonomously, manage your own time, and prioritize demands in a dynamic environment
* Be customer-focused with strong communication skills—both written and verbal
* Possess administration skills, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Have high-level organisational skills
* Work well independently under pressure
* Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
* Follow processes and procedures diligently
* Inspire experience is desirable but not essential
* Technical or mechanical knowledge is welcomed but not required
* Hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence
