Glass Replacement Sales Professional
As a Glass Replacement Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
* Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring first-call resolution rates are met.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Planning and Glazing, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge, with ongoing support from experienced colleagues.
* Enjoy flexible working hours between 8:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
About You
* Prior call center, sales or retail experience is highly desirable.
* Demonstrate a strong drive for results, with the ability to sell trade-based products effectively.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive efforts.
* Utilize excellent communication skills to connect with diverse audiences, conveying product information and value.
* Demonstrate strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and accuracy, in day-to-day responsibilities.
* Multitask and prioritize daily tasks efficiently, managing multiple responsibilities.
* Industry-specific knowledge and experience are advantageous but not essential.
