Job Title: Branch Administrator

The Opportunity is seeking a Branch Administrator to join the team in a permanent part-time position. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of administration tasks and supporting the branch to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* General reception duties
* Process purchase orders and invoices
* Prepare and close service workorders for invoicing
* Manage warranty administration and records
* Assist with general administration tasks and branch vehicle management
* Compile information for internal and external audits

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
* High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and preparedness to go the extra mile
* Sound administration and database management experience
* Safety Conscious - Strong awareness and commitment to personal and peer health and safety
