We're passionate about delivering 5‐star service and as our business and brand continue to grow and we embark on our new 'We Do Warmth' campaign, joining Level is about far more than just joining a workplace.
And because great people deserve great rewards, we're offering a $3,000 sign‐on bonus:
$1,000 at Month 1, $1,000 at Month 3, and $1,000 at Month 6.

Who You Are

* Residential HVAC experience
* Refrigeration & Air Conditioning licence + ARC licence
* Strong diagnostic skills across multiple brands
* Sensible, confident on‐the‐job decision‐making

* Reliability, punctuality, and thoroughness
* The ability to juggle competing priorities
* Motivation to hit both individual and team goals
