About This Role
This part-time position is an exciting opportunity to join our Tasmanian Real Estate Finance Team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general finance tasks. With our network's backing, you will have the tools necessary and support to learn and grow your career.
The role involves a varied day including:
* Customer invoicing
* Debtor management
* Contract management
* Trust account reconciliation
* Back up to Accounts Payable
* Other finance related tasks as required
What You'll Need
* Previous experience in a similar finance position
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office software and experience with financial accounting systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Organisational and time management skills
* A proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
* A can-do attitude
