We design, manufacture and support some of the most recognised pool brands in the market — and now we're looking for a Brand Experience Lead to help keep our brands looking sharp, sounding consistent and delivering a standout experience at every touch point.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, brand-shaping role for someone who knows how to protect a brand while helping it evolve.
You'll be the go-to person for brand consistency, campaign coordination and customer-facing experiences — from display centres and signage through to digital, print and events.
You'll collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, photographers, web developers, social media providers and liaise with sales and external suppliers to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life — on time, on brand and on point.
Reporting weekly and monthly on brand and campaign performance, you will be at the centre of contributing insights to improve brand impact and growth.
What you will need
3–5+ years' experience in brand management, marketing or campaign coordination
A strong background in brand systems, visual identity and content execution
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Confidence working with internal teams and external suppliers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A sharp eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Bonus points if you've worked with lifestyle, property, construction or consumer brands
