Toll Aviation combines the operational and training expertise of Toll Helicopters, Toll Uncrewed Systems and The ACE Training Centre.**The Opportunity****Technical Services Officer – South Brisbane, QLD.**Toll Aviation is seeking an experienced Technical Services Officer to join our South Brisbane office. The Technical Services Officer role is a technically complex, multi organisation role with a focus on technical planning and management of aviation projects, airworthiness regulatory compliance, project procurement, and technical procedure development. The role requires autonomous functioning by the officer, and comprehensive liaison skills across the Toll Aviation Rotary Wing business.As the Technical Services Officer, you will be responsible for:* Consulting with the Technical Services Engineer to support and control the successful completion of aviation technical projects.* Managing the procurement of aeronautical material as required to support aviation technical projects.* Consulting with the project management office, updating Smartsheet's and provided accurate and up-to-date project information.* Contribute to aircraft maintenance and modification plans ensuring accuracy in delivery of required operational aircraft requirements.* Complete and draft reporting deliverables and requirements as included within the Toll Aviation Power-by-the-hour agreements.* Manage and report on the Toll Aviation fleet reliability program with focus on monitoring, analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.**About You:**To be successful in the role, you will have:* Strong knowledge and use of Gannet or similar software program.* Demonstrated experience in aircraft EMS operations.* Previous; technical services / aviation procurement / aviation projects / airworthiness experience.* Operational experience working for Government/Defence contracts.* Good understanding of civil aviation regulations**What moves you?**At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
