Project Manager – Facilities / CAPEX
Northern Beaches | Healthcare & Aged Care | Contract
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (CAPEX / FM) to deliver a variety of small capital works and room refurbishment projects across a healthcare/aged care site on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The role:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery (refits, upgrades, small capex works)
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare/aged care standards
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption
About you:
- Background in facilities management and project management
- Experience delivering capex works and refurbishments
- Strong stakeholder and contractor coordination skills
- Healthcare/aged care experience desirable
