Marketing Coordinator Position
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the rollout of marketing campaigns, managing POS production, ticketing, and print matrix coordination with designers and printers. They will also deliver clear and engaging store communications for all campaign activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Promotion Management: Manage POS production, ticketing, and print matrix coordination with designers and printers.
* Communication: Deliver clear and engaging store communications for all campaign activity.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Retail, Product, Digital, Social, CRM, and Web teams.
* eDM Development: Assist in developing and testing eDMs with Campaign and CRM teams.
* Event Planning: Assist with store launches, events, and local marketing plans.
* Liaison: Liaise with Centre Managers and Stores to plan and execute LAM (Local Area Marketing) activities.
* Tracking and Monitoring: Track marketing budgets, estimates, and invoices, as well as monitor the Marketing Support inbox and assist with store queries.
* Partnership and PR Activities: Assist with partnership and PR activities under manager guidance.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects/tasks, with strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage deadlines.
* Print/POS Management: Experience in print/POS management would be preferred.
* Briefing Creative Assets: Experience in briefing creative assets, such as eDMs, would be desirable.
* Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, including external suppliers.
* Organisational Skills: Superlative organisational and delegation skills.
* Integrity and Communication: Honesty, integrity, and open communication are essential.
