In this exciting, customer-facing role, you'll be a trusted hero to new parents and caregivers, helping them safely install car seats and ensuring every journey is a safe one.
What We're Looking For:
1. No experience required If you're physically fit, can climb in and out of customer cars with ease, and have the ability to work with small clips and restraints, we'll provide full training and certifications
2. A passion for safety and a desire to make sure little ones travel securely.
3. A friendly, approachable attitude, and the ability to break down technical details into simple, understandable advice.
4. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
What Will You Be Doing?
Installation Wizard:
1. Safely install car seats with expert precision in customer vehicles, following Baby Bunting's Installation Principles.
Customer Service Excellence:
1. Be the face of Baby Bunting by welcoming families with a big smile and answering all their car seat safety questions (because, let's face it, parents always have questions).
2. Show customers just how easy and important it is to get those car seats installed correctly
Safety Expert:
1. Educate parents on the do's and don'ts of car seat use – you'll be their go-to person for peace of mind.
2. Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and car seat guidelines, ensuring all installations meet the highest safety standards.
Store Support Superstar:
1. Help with other in-store tasks like inventory, product demonstrations, and sharing your child safety knowledge with the team.
Your time will also be split assisting in the warehouse with duties including:
- Ensuring accuracy of records and stock integrity and an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor.
- Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in an efficient and orderly manner.
- Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities.
- Use of Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all inbound/outbound stock movement.
