Position Summary:

The Senior Client Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic financial advice, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Provide clients with strategic financial advice and insights to help them achieve their business goals and improve financial performance.
- Oversee the delivery of accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular client meetings, review financial statements, and present findings and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services to existing clients and attracting new clients, contributing to the firm's growth.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends to provide informed advice and services to clients.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet the firm's quality standards and comply with applicable regulations.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public practice accounting, with a focus on client management and advisory services.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
