This is a true scale‐up engineering challenge. You'll be joining at a pivotal stage where architecture decisions genuinely matter. The team is implementing multi‐tenancy at scale, building a new product scheduler, and re‐architecting both frontend and backend APIs to support rapid international growth. Alongside this, they are investing heavily in AI feature development and security‐first engineering, ensuring the platform remains robust, compliant, and scalable as it expands into the US market.
The engineering culture is mature, collaborative, and deeply technical. Clean architecture, thoughtful system design, and long‐term scalability take priority over short‐term feature shipping.
