About the Role
Mader Group is a global maintenance provider servicing the mining, energy and industrial sectors. With a workforce of 3,200, we help clients optimize plant performance. We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers to join our Rostered Fixed Plant Maintenance Crew on a lifestyle roster of Monday–Wednesday (3 days on, 4 off) 12-hour shifts. This is a DIDO role based around Perth in the Southwest, with accommodation and meals provided for Perth metro‐based employees.
Key Duties
* Carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs on fixed plant equipment
* Perform planned and unplanned maintenance, including breakdown repairs
* Work on crushers, conveyor systems, vibrating screens, pumps & more
* Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures
* Provide technical input, troubleshooting and support where required
* Drive productivity, quality workmanship and continuous improvement

What do I need to join?
* Experience working in mining or fixed plant maintenance environments
* Trade Certificate Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
* Strong mechanical and communication skills
* Driver's Licence
* National Police Check within 6 months or willingness to obtain
* Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
* Strong commitment to safety and quality
* Motivated, professional and team‐focused attitude
