Are you ready to join a dynamic Human Resources team in the public sector and make a difference in the local community? We seek a passionate and detail-oriented Part-time Human Resources Administrator to provide exceptional support and services to our client's internal and external customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide efficient administrative support, maintaining service levels and achieving operational targets
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure seamless sectional meetings
Assist in a range of HR processes, from employee probations to induction programs
- Be the first point of contact for inquiries, offering exceptional customer service
Contribute to data collection and analysis, supporting decision-making processes
- Work part-time (minimum of 48hrs fortnightly) in Eastern Suburbs for three months during school hours, Monday to Friday
What you'll need:
- Previous administrative experience in Austalia, preferably in the HR/Recruitment field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, delivering exceptional customer service
- High level of organisational and administrative abilities, meeting deadlines with accuracy
