Our client is one of Australia's leading universities who are looking for an experienced HR Systems Analyst who provides level functional support for all queries relating to Oracle HR, Payroll and associated modules and systems.
**Knowledge and skills**:
- Possess in depth functional knowledge of Employee Hire to Retire cycle, Oracle R12 HRMS modules - especially core HR, Self Service HR, Performance Management, Work Structures, and Payroll.
- Ability to identify problems, analyse their cause, develop potential solution(s) and implement the agreed solution.
- Oracle time and leave, production enhancements, Oracle time in labor.
- Oracle E Business Suite experience.
- SQL skills with demonstrated ability to translate data requests into relevant and consistent information reporting.
