To help us deliver innovative and successful solutions for our clients, we are seeking Electrical Design Managers to join us in Sydney.You will build on your experience in industrial or water / wastewater electrical and automation design.* Lead multi-discipline design teams and be accountable for the delivery of high-quality design delivery outputs* Work collaboratively with the teams to manage the overall delivery of designs to time, budget and quality and guide project delivery to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.* Manage Engineering governance processes (design reviews, change management, request for information, validation and verification, etc., related to the design.)Stepping into a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and continuous improvement you will be given opportunities for mentoring junior engineers and professional growth and development.**About You**You will be a Chartered Professional Engineer and have a bachelor's engineering degree in electrical engineering and gained a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, with a focus on water utilities/water treatment, industry standards and best practices on site and within a professional services environment. You will have relevant experience and a good understanding of Australian and international standards including AS / NZS 3000, AS / NZS 3010. You will have a good understanding of electrical, automation and instrumentation systems. You will preferably have a good understanding of Medium and High Voltage systems applicable to water, wastewater, and industrial utilities.Strong technical writing skills are imperative, as is the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of stakeholders.
