Heidelberg Materials Australia is looking to recruit honest and experienced HC and MC Tipper Drivers to join the Melbourne Metro team. Full Time positions, based out of our Western or Northern operations. Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering quarry products into Metro Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, plus some of the largest projects and well-known construction companies. We are looking for drivers who understand safety in the heavy vehicle industry, are reliable and enjoy seeing the results of their hard work within Melbourne's biggest projects.

* Load and deliver quarry products into once in a lifetime projects, and HMA's internal concrete network

This role is a outstanding fit for you if you:
* Current MC or HC drivers' licence
* Are an experienced Tipper Driver
* Current White Card (Construction Induction) or ability to obtain if successful
* Like to see a job done right, self-motivated, take pride in your work and the presentation of your truck!
* FEL Ticket advantageous
* Understanding of basic mechanics an advantage but not necessary, ability to solve problems and contribute to solutions
* Prioritise and promote safety policies and procedures
* Familiar with the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Standard Fatigue Hours
* Willing to learn and progress within the HMA Transport Department
What we offer:
* Permanent full-time hours with overtime available
* Working days are Monday to Friday, with the requirements for early morning starts and Saturday shift availability a must
* Base rate of $****** p/hour (*pending experience) + allowances + super
* Overtime pay (as per EBA definition) is paid, with first two hours at time and a half and double time thereafter until end of shift
* Meal allowance paid daily of $***** (tax free) with a second paid after 10 hours of work
* Your pay is deposited weekly into your bank
