Support Worker

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and assistance tailored to the needs and preferences of our participants. Your responsibilities may include:
* Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Assist with in-home care
* Supporting participants to engage in community activities.
* Encouraging independence and promoting skills development.
* Transport clients to appointments
* Maintaining accurate records and communication with the support team.
What We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from candidates who are:
* Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities.
* Experienced in a similar role (preferred but not essential—training provided).
* Holders of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Possess relevant certifications, such as First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling (or willingness to obtain).
* Excellent work ethics, have strong sense of professional boundaries and adherence to policies and procedures.
* Time Management/Flexibility.
