We have multiple exciting opportunities for experienced Frac Supervisors to join our team at Condor Energy Services for an exciting long-term project starting in February 2026.
We are seeking experienced Frac Supervisors based locally in Queensland to support our growing Operations team across Australia.
As a Frac Supervisor, you will
* Run the data van independently and oversee safe, efficient delivery of all frac services on site.
* Lead your crew by example, run team meetings, and ensure all operational and safety information is communicated clearly.
* Ensure all relevant paperwork, permits and job documentation are completed, current and ready ahead of each job.
* Work closely with the client to ensure expectations are met ina timely,professionaland safe manner.
* Oversee chemical use, job execution and crew performance to ensure all tasks are carried out in line with Condor SOPs and job design.
* Perform manual labour tasks whererequired, including rig up and rig down of frac equipment.
* Activelyparticipatein equipment maintenance, ensuring all gear is properly checked, fit forserviceand aligned with maintenance requirements.
* Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
Act as permit authority and Site Safety Manager, overseeing all operations related to the permit.
* Complete daily reporting in Condor management systems and ensure training compliance across crew members.
* Carry out yearly performance reviews and support the development of your team.
About You
A successful candidate will have:
* +5 years strong experience running sand delivery systems, HP pumps, hydrationunitsand blender units.
* Experience leading teams, delegatingtasksand fostering a positive, safety-focused working environment.
* A full understanding of Condor QAQC guidelines and lab testing processes.
* High-level knowledge of hydraulic fracturing processes, equipmentfunctionalityand related technologies.
* A strong commitment to safety leadership and an ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* Experience troubleshooting complex operational issues and keeping the job running smoothly.
Additional Requirements
* Fit and able to travel and work in remote, physically demanding environments.
* Willing and able to travel internationally for operations or training ifrequired.
