* Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow testing
* Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms
* Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise
Your Profile
Mandatory Skills and Certifications:
* ServiceNow Certified Administration
* ServiceNow CIS ITSM
* ServiceNow ATF
Required Skills & Experience:
* ServiceNow Testing using ATF and standard testing practices.
* Team collaboration and communication skills
* Excellent documentation and presentation skills
* Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
