Service Supervisor Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our team of technicians and apprentices in delivering high-quality service repairs and aftermarket support for ultra-class mining, BCI, and underground equipment.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing work order scheduling, execution, and compliance with industry standards, providing customer warranty support, and championing safety by enforcing OH&S protocols and conducting risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Qualified Heavy Duty trade professional with extensive supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings.
* Proven leadership in similar industries, inspiring and guiding high-performing teams.
* Strong understanding of OH&S protocols and risk assessments.
* Skilled in managing dynamic workloads and competing priorities through effective planning and time management.
