About the Role
We are seeking a Business Support Coordinator to manage our service exchange programs, repair & warranty work which influences service delivery, customer & product support.
Job Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the company's service programs. You will be responsible for the compliance of vendors, coordinating reports and ensuring all programs are efficient & effective.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing systems to support the reliable scaling of component service programs, incorporating quality, risk & cost controls.
* Monitoring performance of programs and flagging potential issues.
* Completing all service exchange documentation including strip down reports & paperwork.
* Prioritising the maintenance of business systems, ensuring the timely acquisition & accuracy of data plus other associated administrative duties.
