The HB Group, Toowoomba's busiest and most successful recruitment agency, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Administrator/ Receptionist to join our team. Commencing as soon as possible, the successful candidate will work full-time hours in this busy and varied role.

As the face of our business, the successful applicant must possess outstanding communication skills, and a polished and professional approach to his/her work.

Your main responsibilities will include:


* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* Diary coordination
* Recruitment Support
* Back-up payroll
* Database management
* Assisting with office functions and events
* Banking
* Documentation preparation
* Filing
* General Office tasks

Applicants should have worked in a similar position for more than two (2) years and will demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic. The successful applicant will be a proactive person and will be able to work with minimal supervision.
