We are partnering with a respected national practice to recruit a Senior Associate with strong experience in insurance and/or health law.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading complex insurance and health law matters, including high-value negligence claims and multi-party disputes
* Representing practitioners, hospitals and healthcare organisations in litigation, coronial matters and regulatory investigations
* Advising clients on risk, strategy, early dispute resolution and compliance issues
* Taking a proactive role in developing risk management initiatives for clients
* Providing clear, commercially focused advice to insurers, brokers and healthcare stakeholders
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to team capability and development
* Helping drive client engagement and fostering strong long-term client relationships
What we're looking for:
* Senior Associate-level experience in insurance, health law, professional indemnity or related litigation
* Strong technical competence with confidence managing complex and sensitive matters
* Excellent drafting, communication and advocacy skills
* Ability to lead files autonomously while supporting the wider team
* A balanced, pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to client needs
* Collaborative leadership style and commitment to mentoring juniors
* Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness
