Administration Support Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Support Assistant.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff across the business, including answering phone calls and emails, greeting customers and brand representatives, and assisting with office administration tasks such as accounts, mail, and banking duties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, effective English reading and writing skills, basic mathematical skills, a mature attitude, and self-motivation. They will also be able to take direction, work well under pressure, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be available to work Saturdays and overtime as required, and pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

* Answering and directing a large volume of phone calls and emails
