About The Role
As a Solar Roofer at SJ Power, you will play a critical role in delivering premium solar installations that last. You'll be supported by our team to work both independently and as part of our expert crew, think ahead, and protect both the customer's roof and SJ Power's reputation on every job.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Installing solar racking and panels to a consistently high standard
* Working confidently with tile, tin, and Colorbond roofs
* Flashing and sealing penetrations correctly — no leaks, no call-backs
* Assessing roof condition and identifying issues before they become problems
* Working efficiently alongside electricians and project managers
* Upholding SJ Power's safety, quality, and presentation standards at all times

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* Demonstrated roofing and/or solar installation experience
* White Card
* Working at Heights
* Driver's licence
* Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard
Solar experience is highly regarded, but
