Dental Outreach Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and direct the organisation's sales and marketing strategy at a senior level.
This role is based in Adelaide and will be responsible for developing and expanding business relationships with private health insurers, government agencies and other major stakeholders. The position will hold strategic decision-making authority and report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will:
* Plan and roll out comprehensive marketing programs that enhance visibility of Dental Outreach services across both metropolitan and regional communities.
* Oversee brand strategy and corporate reputation initiatives to reinforce Dental Outreach's standing with private health insurers, government agencies, and key institutional partners.
* Lead the design and execution of targeted sales plans, establishing clear performance benchmarks to drive sustainable growth and expand stakeholder relationships.
* Identify, assess and secure new business opportunities through tendering, contracting, pricing strategy and commercial negotiations.
* Build and maintain high-level relationships with insurers and public sector agencies to expand service delivery partnerships.
* Oversee the preparation, submission and management of tenders and commercial proposals.
* Direct data-driven market analysis, competitor assessment and pricing strategy to optimise revenue growth and market share.
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy, operational capability and service delivery.
* Monitor sales performance, develop KPI reporting frameworks and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual and governance obligations in all commercial activities.
Essential Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate:
* A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline (for example Business, Marketing, Pharmacology or related field).
* A minimum of five years' experience in a sales and marketing-related role.
* At least 3 years' experience at a strategic level as a Sales and Marketing Manager or equivalent senior commercial leadership role.
* Demonstrated experience in business development, key account management and strategic stakeholder engagement.
* Proven experience in tendering, contracting, pricing strategy and commercial negotiations.
* Experience developing and implementing national or international sales and marketing strategies.
* Strong analytical capability, including use of performance dashboards, KPI reporting and market intelligence to drive revenue growth.
* Demonstrated leadership experience supervising cross-functional or commercial teams.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior executives, commissioners, payers or large institutional clients.
* High-level strategic planning capability with direct reporting to executive leadership.
