Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading occupational health and safety initiatives onsite while providing essential support to both the Assistant Plant Manager and the HR Manager.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
* Maintain and update policies and procedures in accordance with site requirements and state regulations.
* Implement components of the management system, including risk control and safety documentation.

* Experience in WHS management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk assessment processes, and safety systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
