Your Opportunity
As an Optometrist at OPSM, you will work with advanced technology including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyzer, Non-contact Tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS, and OCT. You will understand individual customer needs and help maximize their lifestyle enjoyment through tailored eye care and excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive eye examinations for various customer groups, including children, contact lens wearers, and therapeutics.
* Recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
* Explain lens technology features and benefits, including coatings and extras.
* Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in using technology and recommending solutions.
* Collaborate with Store Managers and Managing Optometrists to maximize eyecare revenue, technology use, efficiency, and Medicare billing.
