Receptionist Job Description
Job Summary:
* This is a reception and customer service role within a dynamic environment.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting members, answering phone calls, and responding to queries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
* Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, friendly, and approachable.
* Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
2. Administrative Support:
* Use computer software systems to manage membership details, create access key tags, process purchases, and book classes.
* Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
3. Café Operations:
* Prepare and serve food and beverages, including operating a coffee machine and making protein shakes.
* Maintain a clean and organized café area, restocking supplies as needed.
4. Venue Maintenance:
* Ensure the reception and café areas are tidy, with supplement shelves stocked and apparel displayed attractively.
* Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and securing the venue.
5. Additional Tasks:
* Assist parents with booking their children into Kid's Cartel, if required.
* Learn about our supplement and apparel range to provide informed sales support to members.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using computer software systems.
* Basic knowledge of cash handling and banking procedures.
* Familiarity with café operations and customer service principles.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and situations.
