What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and execute territory management plans to maximise sales into targeted crops
* Deliver product education, technical support, and training to customers and resellers
* Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders across the agricultural sector
* Provide promotional and marketing support, and represent YH&A at grower days, field days and conferences
* Champion safety, sustainability, and stewardship in all activities

What We’re Looking for
* Proven track record of achieving targets and experience in a similar sales role
* Tertiary qualifications in agronomy or agriculture
* Strategic planning (for seasonal / crop cycle periods), project management, and solution creation skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A passion for empowering growers and driving industry innovation
