About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Casual Duty Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment and is passionate about customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift supervision
* Ensuring compliance with OH&S, Food Hygiene, and licensing regulations
* Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs
* Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences
* Leading by example and fostering a positive team culture
* Overseeing events, functions, and club activities
* Monitoring club facilities, equipment, and supplies
* Resolving member and guest concerns professionally and efficiently
* Assisting with administrative duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality and gaming industries
* Current RSA, RSG, and RMLV qualifications
* Approved Managers Licence and Working with Children Blue Card (desirable but not essential)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality
* Experience using POS systems and standard office software
* Australian citizenship is required for this position.
