Key Responsibilities

As part of our Service Desk team, you will:

* Provide
1st Level IT Support
across software, hardware, and network issues.
* Deliver
fast, friendly, and efficient service
to our clients.
* Accurately document calls, incidents, and requests in our systems.
* Assign and track incidents to ensure they reach the right support group.
* Act as a
single point of contact
for logged issues, performing diagnostics and initiating problem management workflows.
* Mentor, guide, or train service desk staff when required.
* Support multiple clients with professionalism and strong customer service.
* Manage your workload to meet
service levels
while maintaining accurate data.
* Work flexibly in a
24/7 rotating roster
(including nights and weekends).
* Adhere to
Unisys policies and procedures
(attendance, reporting, etc.).


Key Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who bring a mix of
technical know-how and great customer service skills
:

* Active NV1 Security Clearance
(ability to obtain NV2 also required).
* Australian Citizenship
(mandatory).
* Previous
customer service experience
is highly valued.
* At least
1 year of IT Service Desk experience
preferred.
* Certificate or training in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience).
