Job Title: District Channel Manager


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive sales growth in assigned territories.
* Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to drive revenue targets.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years' experience selling managed services offerings.
* Demonstrated success exceeding assigned revenue targets.
* Knowledge of U.S. payroll market and ADP payroll offerings.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Business-to-business experience in human capital management, payroll, HR solutions, or talent management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.
