Job Description
As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. You will also prepare and cook food to order using our menu and kitchen procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
* Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order using our menu and kitchen procedures, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
Requirements
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is highly desirable.
* Availability: Ability to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, as well as alternate weekends.
* Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
