This is a varied part-time role combining sales support, customer service, and marketing coordination. You will work closely with the showroom manager and sales team to help convert enquiries into clients and maintain a strong brand presence.
This position requires 20-25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
-Must have a valid drivers license.
-Site visits with sample book showcasing what we offer
- An understanding in interior design and helping them choose the right fabric/colour for the space
- Assisting with quotes, proposals, and client follow-ups
- Minimum 6 months sales or customer service experience required
- Maintaining CRM records and customer communications
- Supporting social media content and scheduling
- Basic social media experience or personal use knowledge required
- Assisting with email marketing and promotions
- Updating website content and online listings
- Supporting showroom presentation and local marketing initiatives
