Role Description
This Psychiatrist role is part-time and hybrid, based in Brighton, VIC, with the flexibility of remote work for certain responsibilities. The Psychiatrist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing treatment plans for individual and group therapies, and collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal mental health care. Additionally, the Psychiatrist will provide specialized care for adolescents and oversee patient progress through regular follow-ups.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Psychiatry and Psychiatric Care
* Specialized in adults or child/adolescent Psychiatry and Mental Health management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
* Relevant medical registration and licensure to practice psychiatry
* Previous experience in a mental health care setting is an advantage
* A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
Remuneration
Leading rates, typically from 3000-4000 AUD per day.
