Job Title
We are seeking an experienced operations professional to fill a relief village manager position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in front-line operations management or administration roles, such as hospitality management, hotel/tourism management, practice management, office management, facilities management, or general management.
The relief village manager will provide coverage when village managers are on leave to support with all daily operations of village services, including compliance, safety & security, people leadership, finance, facilities management and resident satisfaction.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide relief coverage for village managers during periods of leave
* Support with daily operations of village services
* Liaise with internal and external teams, including facilities, operations, care, marketing, legal, sales and people & risk
* Assist in training and supporting new village managers
Requirements
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in front-line operations management or administration roles
* Strong administration skills
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline (desirable)
* Current Police Check certificate
* Two COVID-19 vaccinations
